Obituary: Claire Edith Walden Engle

No services are planned for Claire Edith Walden Engle, 100, Tonganoxie, who died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2003, at her home.

She was born Oct. 22, 1902, in Fairmount, the daughter of William and Agnes Muller Walden. In 1978, her husband of 54 years, Stuart W. Engle, died.

Survivors include a son, James S. Engle; and two grandsons, Stuart W. Engle, Tonganoxie; and Steve W. Engle.

Charter Funerals, Shawnee Mission, handled arrangements.
