Services for Donald E. “Donnie” Casteel II, 36, Tonganoxie, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005, at Charter Funerals, 10250 Shawnee Mission Parkway, Merriam. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Casteel, a former Kansas City, Kan., resident, died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2005, in a motorcycle accident west of Tonganoxie. A news story about the accident appears on page 1A of today’s edition of The Mirror.

Mr. Casteel was born Dec. 26, 1968, in Grandview, Mo. He was a steelworker.

Survivors include his father, Donald Casteel, Kansas City, Kan.; his mother, Linda Casteel, Kansas City, Kan.; a sister, Melinda Willis, Atchison; and three children, Savannah, Nicholas and Joseph, Kansas City, Kan.
