Obituary: Dorothy A. Hansen

Services for Dorothy A. Hansen, 85, McLouth, were Friday, June 23, 2006, at Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie. Burial was in McLouth Cemetery.

Mrs. Hansen died Tuesday, June 20, 2006, in Lawrence. She was born July 21, 1921, in Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Albert and Emma (Skaggs) Beaty. She was a homemaker and a member of Stanwood Friends Church.

On Sept. 1, 1940, she married Robert Lee Hansen. He survives, of the home.

Other survivors include a son, William A. Hansen, McLouth; two daughters, Esther McKinsey and Shirley Gleason, both of Lawrence; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
