Sister act: Tonganoxie’s Himpels make all-state
Two Tonganoxie High softball players, sisters Lauren and Lindsey Himpel, received all-state honors from the Kansas Softball Coaches Association.
THS junior outfielder Lauren Himpel was named to the Class 4A first team and senior Lindsey Himpel, who played outfield and infield positions for the Chieftains, was listed on the 4A second team.
