Andie Jeannin took fourth place and Alex Hauk finished seventh in the girls 4K race. Dalton Harrington placed seventh out of 70 runners in the boys 5K.

The Chieftains had two more runners finish in the top 20. Shelby Maxon was 15th in the girls race and Caleb Himpel finished 16th for the boys.

Both THS teams took third place at the meet.

McLouth also competed at Effingham. The Bulldogs’ top runner was Derek Wright, who was 19th in the 5K. Emily Welsh, who finished 22nd, was McLouth’s top girl.
