Bulldogs drop second invitational game
The McLouth High boys basketball team lost its second straight game at its home tournament on Friday.
The Bulldogs lost, 43-24, to Maranatha Academy in a McLouth Invitational consolation semifinal.
MHS (2-9) had trouble scoring and failed to reach double digits in any quarter.
Double figures were not attained by any of McLouth’s players either.
Trevor Roberts and Gavin Swearngin led the team with seven points apiece.
Alen Kramer scored six, while Marc Walbridge and Tyler Drinnon both had two.
McLouth plays rival Oskaloosa in the invitational’s seventh-place game on Saturday at 4 p.m.
