You will discover how you can use simple, practical tools at work to change the culture of your work environment . . . this includes YOUR attitude! By meeting the needs of the customer (internal and external), you ultimately contribute to your organization’s success.
• Play Your Way to Building Teamwork and Leadership Skills
This interactive session will demonstrate how to use games and activities to sharpen your team and leadership skills, while training your work group. All activities include communication and problem solving skills.

Are you a Blue, Gold, Green or Orange? True Colors© is a model of personality identification that is easy to understand, remember and apply. This fun and interactive session will shed light on your unique character traits and help you understand others better. True Colors helps foster healthy and productive relationships at home, work, and play.
• The Wellness Wheel
What is all this that we are hearing about wellness? We know the importance of health, but is being “healthy” the same as being “well”? Denise will share information from the National Wellness Institute, researched as part of her recent sabbatical leave to study workplace wellness initiatives.
• Women Do It Differently: Women and Leadership
History and research has shown that women tend to have different leadership philosophies than men. Join me as we look at different types of leadership and how you can be a successful leader in your organization.
• Yoga . . . Your Life . . . Balanced
Do you ever wish you could find that fine balance between your mind, your body, and your heart? We invite you to consider the practice of yoga. This workshop will feature a brief meditation for your mind, a short yoga practice for your body, and an activity to take care of your heart. Participation in this workshop will give you simple and accessible ways to incorporate a yoga practice into your daily life. Come learn with us, laugh with friends, and love yourself.
The conference includes continental breakfast and lunch with a fashion show. Door prizes will be raffled during lunch, and all attendees will receive a gift bag of goodies.
