May I point out a safety situation in the Fall Creek Drive neighborhood? I would like to alert parents that some of your children ride bicycles and skateboards at high speeds down the sidewalks.

There are many units with driveways in close proximity, and I dread to think of a child running into the side of a car backing out of a garage or driveway, or a driver running over a child coming out of nowhere. I once saw a child killed in this manner when running into the side of a car on a downhill grade, similar to the Fall Creek situation, pulling out of a side street. There are also many pedestrians out for a walk on the same sidewalks, some with canes and walkers, and these also need to receive close attention.
