GCA to collect food this month
Genesis Christian Academy Choir had a clothing drive that brought in more than 100 items of clothing.
The items will be donated to Good Shepherd Thrift Store and Food Bank.
GCA also is having a Stuff the Turkey event in which non-perishable food items and toiletry items will be collected until Tuesday, Nov. 27, at the school. The school has set a goal of 1,200 items to also be donated to Good Shepherd. Turkey carts will be put throughout the school’s hallways for the drive.
