There was a Thanksgiving dinner and birthday anniversary for Orville Oelschlaeger on Saturday at he and Rosie’s home. Those there were Gary Oelschlaeger, Aiden and Abby of Overland Park; John and Janice Oelschlaeger, Erin and Amy, and Mark Oelschlaeger, all of Lawrence; Sarah and Grace Oelschlaeger of Ottawa and Kayla Oelschlaeger of Osage City.

Marilyn Oxley had lunch on Friday with Orville and Rosie.

June Watters of Burlington, Ky., was an overnight guest of Orville and Rosie on Sunday night. She is Rosie’s cousin.

Jim and Jean Murry had a Thanksgiving dinner Saturday. Guests were from Springfield and Lee’s Summit, Mo., and other relatives from this area.

Tammy Mooberry of Leavenworth took Thamar Barnett Thursday to Iola for Thanksgiving dinner with Ryan an Rhiannon Siefkas and Kaleb and Madison Smith. Others there were Paul and Lynn Heskett, Michelle and Isaac; Julia and Shianne Carter. Tammy stayed with the Siefkas family and Thamar stayed with the Carters. They returned home Saturday evening.

David and Jane Turner had Thanksgiving dinner with David Jr., Tracey and Sydney Turner, Sheldon Mills and Annabella Hundley. David and Jane went to visit Terry Drennon and Kathy Stimac of Emporia on Friday and Saturday.
