Almost Golf Tourney coming in September
The annual Tonganoxie High “Almost Golf Tournament” will be back for its fifth installment at 10 a.m. Sept. 14 at the high school’s west campus.
Participants will play 18 holes set up around the grounds of the west campus. Each hole will be a hula hoop marked with a flag. The tournament is a two-person scramble, but individuals are welcome. Only wedges are allowed.
Admission is $15 for adults and $5 for students and includes green fees, golf balls, lunch and prizes. The event will benefit the THS golf team and Team Tongie.
