Tonganoxie then forced a turnover and called a timeout at half court with 1.5 seconds left. Lean received the inbounds pass several steps behind the arc, and his shot sliced through the net as the final horn sounded.

Katelyn Waldeier scored 15 points and pulled down 15 rebounds for her third double-double of the season, and Tonganoxie High stayed undefeated with a 22-point victory.

THS (5-0) raced out to a 16-6 lead after one quarter and never looked back. The Chieftains extended their advantage to 14 at halftime, and Anderson County never threatened after the break.

Jenny Whitledge just missed a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. Jaime Mersman led Anderson County with 15 points.
