Kenneth and Pearl McEvoy enjoyed lunch on Jan. 6 at the Pullman Place Family Restaurant. They were celebrating their 62nd anniversary. Congratulations, guys.

Ed and Peggy Gillaspie went Sunday, Jan. 6, to Smithville Lake for Eagle Day. They saw many bald eagles and other birds. Telescopes were there for viewing.

Melvin and Sharon Lynn were out to Evelyn Schwinn’s home on Tuesday, Jan. 8. Melvin went hunting and the ladies enjoyed a good visit.

Brian and Linda K. Schwinn celebrated their 22nd anniversary on Saturday, Jan. 12.

Caria Kruid and son John Marcus, neighbors of Wayne and Anabel Knapp, visited on Jan. 7. They brought deer meat. John hunts on the Wayne Knapp property.
