Congratulations to Katie (Jeannin) Volk for now being associated with Dr. Richard Dean in Tonganoxie. She grew up in this area.

Weekend visitors at the home of Orville and Rosie Oelschlaeger were Gary and Linda Blanton of Highland and Jon, Janice and Amy Oelschlaeger of Lawrence.

Thanks to all who helped at the rummage and bake sale and all who came by and purchased something. Now we would like to see some folks come and enjoy chili, soup and pie with us at 5 p.m. Friday at Jarbalo United Methodist Church. There will be a bazaar with handmade crafts and house plants.
