TMS football teams defeat Basehor-Linwood
The Tonganoxie Middle School football teams both picked up wins Tuesday against Basehor-Linwood. The seventh-graders picked up a 34-14 win in Basehor, while the eighth-graders won at home, 14-8.
Both Warrior B-teams will be in action Thursday at home against Pioneer Ridge. The seventh-grade team will play at 4 p.m. and the eighth-grade game will immediately follow. The A-teams’ next games will be Oct. 1 at Clark Middle School in Bonner Springs. The seventh-grade teams will start things off at 3:45 p.m.
