• Molesting a minor, 4:52 p.m. Police say the case involved allegations that sexual contact had been made between a 14-year-old and an 18-year-old, both high school students. No arrests were made. The case was referred to Leavenworth County Attorney’s office.

• Narcotic drug laws, 8:18 p.m. in the 600 block of Northstar Court. Police saw suspicious activity involving a Sonic employee. Police arrested the employee, a 17-year-old Tonganoxie resident. He was arrested for distribution of certain substances within 1,000 feet of a school. Brandau said he allegedly was distributing a small amount of the prescription drug Adderall.
