THS shot a 378 at the Spring Hill tournament, which was a marked improvement from the Hayden invite in Topeka.

Matt Scharff led the way with an 87, while Heath Martin posted his first score in the 90s with a 95.

The team’s next tourney was last Thursday in Atchison.

Tonganoxie again posted an improved score, this time with a 368.

Scharff led the Chieftains in scoring with an 83. Ben Lanza also played well, as he shot an 87 and Noah Arthod shot a 95.

Tonganoxie competed Tuesday at Ottawa and travels Thursday to Junction City.
