Tonganoxie Business Assoiation members look on as the Flower Bar and Boutique has its ribbon cutting Friday in downtown Tonganoxie. The shop is at 612 E. Fourth St. The business’ original location is in Basehor and had a space at Cedar Hills Mall on Main Street before opening up nearby at its second location.
