Mr. Beat will be the featured speaker at Sunday’s “Rally In The Park,” scheduled from noon to 2 p.m., Sunday at VFW Park, 900 E. First St., Tonganoxie.

Sponsored by Citizens Against Bluestem, the event will include updates on the hyperscale data center proposed for one mile south of Tonganoxie. Plan for lunch, as three food trucks will be in the park, and bring lawn chairs if you plan to atend. The event will include a CAB fundraiser kickoff, and sales of T-shirts and yard signs.
