Tonganoxie student elected to Phi Kappa Phi
Jeffrey Neal, Tonganoxie, was recently elected to membership into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society, at Pittsburg State University.
