Garage sale season is starting, as evidenced by this sign posted Saturday in Tonganoxie. Cynthia Ewer, editor of organizedhome.com, has some pointers for folks thinking about having a yard sale.Tonganoxie again will have its Citywide Garage Sale, this time on Saturday.
The city of Tonganoxie established the first Saturday in April and October and designated citywide garage sale dates some years ago. Residents are welcome to have yard sales whenever, but those two weekends were established in case families wanted to have sales.
