Wreaths Across America ceremonies will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at both Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery (395 Biddle Blvd., Fort Leavenworth) and Leavenworth National Cemetery (105 Muncie Road, Leavenworth).

The public is welcome to participate in the laying of wreaths as we remember and honor fallen heroes.

Christmas Eve services

• Church Service hours vary, offering everyone the opportunity to worship within the McLouth community:

• McLouth Church of the Nazarene will have Christmas Eve Service at 5 p.m. All are Welcome!

• First Baptist Church of McLouth invites you to a relaxed 8 p.m. Christmas Eve Candlelight service, as we celebrate the Birth of Our Savior with Communion, the hymns of Christmas, and special music.

• McLouth United Methodist Church welcomes everyone to Christmas Eve Service at 9 p.m. as we prepare our hearts for Christmas.
