Tonganoxie, McLouth, Basehor-Linwood school districts, as well as Genesis Schools in Tonganoxie, all are among area schools on spring break this week.

Classes will resume Monday for local students.

The University of Kansas in Lawrence and Kansas City Kansas Community College also are on spring break this week.

University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth already had its spring break.

USM students were on break this past week.
