It’s almost time for produce, baked goods, flowers and more to be available Thursday nights in the Tonganoxie Public Library parking lot.

The Tonganoxie Farmers Market returns May 9 to the library and will take place every Thursday through mid-October.

Vendors will be on hand 5-8 p.m. each Thursday at the library, 217 E. Fourth St.

The market also has food trucks and musical entertainment that will be announced for various weeks during the season.

Farmers market organizers already have announced some returning vendors so far on the market’s Facebook page.

Country Road Farms, R&R Acres, Diligent Farms, Daniel’s BBQ, Next to Nature Farms and Thompson’s Home Grown Produce are returning vendors that have been announced.
