Douglas Frost

Memorial services for Douglas Arnold Frost, 47, Lawrence, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home in Lawrence. Burial will be Saturday in Melvern.
Mr. Frost died Sunday, Aug. 10, 2008, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
He was born June 5, 1961, in Topeka, the son of Henry Allen Frost and Loretta Darlene Frost. He graduated from Eudora High School in 1980.
Mr. Frost served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. He was a handyman by trade. Mr. Frost was a member of the American Legion.
Mr. Frost married Amy Sneegas on Jan. 20, 2006, in Lawrence. She survives, of the home.
Other survivors include his mother, Loretta Deskins and husband Gary, of Melvern; a brother, Henry, Melvern; two sisters, Darla Frost and husband Doug Heshelman, Eudora, and JoAnna Frost, Eudora; three nieces; and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Randy Frost.
The family suggests memorials to St. John Catholic School.
