Norma Jean Frasier

Tonganoxie — Services for Norma Jean Frasier, 74, were Tuesday, Dec. 29, at Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery.
Ms. Frasier, formerly of Tonganoxie, died Saturday, Dec. 26, 2009, in Gladstone, Mo.
She was born June 16, 1935, in Sugar Creek, Mo., the daughter of Robert Marshall Cole and Alice Cecelia Higdon Cole. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Paul Staley Jr., Kansas City, Kan., and Allen Frasier, Excelsior Springs, Mo.; four daughters, Celia Webb, Gladstone, Mo., Shelia Talley, Perryville, Mo., Sarah Dice, Excelsior Springs, Mo., and Janice Smith, Leavenworth; 21 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
