Virginia Hubbel

Services for Virginia L. Hubbel, 84, of Basehor, were Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008, at Basehor United Methodist Church. Burial was in Hubbel Hill Cemetery, Tonganoxie.
Mrs. Hubbel died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008, at the home.
She was born Jan. 9, 1924, in Arcadia, Neb., the daughter of James and Ester Runnels.
Mrs. Hubbel was a devoted homemaker and a member of Basehor United Methodist Church.
She married Floyd M. Hubbel on Nov. 3, 1945; he survives of the home.
Other survivors include a daughter, Diana Turner, Parkville, Mo.; a son, Daniel Hubbel, Bonner Springs; and a grandchild.
