Topeka — Services for Marjorie Eleanor Feleay, 98, Topeka, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 30, at Seaman Congregational Church, Topeka.
Mrs. Feleay died Sunday, May 17, 2009, at Midland Hospice.
She was born Dec. 21, 1910, in Manhattan, the daughter of Clarence and Beryl Rickman Howenstine. She attended high school in Manhattan, graduating in 1929. She entered Nursing School in Manhattan, graduating in 1932. She retired in 1976 after 20 years from Providence Hospital in Kansas City, Kan..
Mrs. Feleay attended the Christian Church in Manhattan and Bonner Springs until she moved to Topeka in 1993, when they joined Seaman Congregational Church.
She married Paul Franklin Feleay in 1935 in Manhattan. He died in 1995.
Survivors include two sons, Richard Feleay (Bea), Topeka, and Jim Feleay (Dannetta), Des Moines, Iowa; seven grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and six stepgreat-grandchildren.
Family visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, May 29, at Seaman Congregational Church.
