Winston Hollingsworth II

Services for Winston William Hollingsworth II, 71, Tonganoxie, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, at Tonganoxie Christian Church.
Mr. Hollingsworth died Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2010, at the VA Hospital, Leavenworth.
He was born Oct. 13, 1938, in Joplin, Mo., the son of Winston and Emma Wright Hollingsworth. He worked as an agricultural chemist and was a member of the Tonganoxie Christian Church. He was a dorm parent at Ozark Christian College. His wife, Gayle Ann Pearson, preceded him in death on March 22, 2008.
Survivors include two sons, Michael (Michelle) Hollingsworth, Liberty, Mo., and Wick (Molly) Hollingsworth, Tonganoxie; two daughters, Elizabeth Hollingsworth, Olathe and Lea (Mike) Mielke, Tonganoxie; and 5 grandchildren.
Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie, is in charge of arrangements.
