Charlene Davidson

Services for Charlene May Davidson, 84, of Shawnee, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 7, at Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Burial will be at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens in Olathe.
Mrs. Davidson died Saturday, July 3, 2010, at Lakeview Village in Lenexa.
She was born July 8, 1925, in Kansas City, Kan. She graduated from Wyandotte High School in 1943.
Mrs. Davidson was a member of Shawnee United Methodist Church and was active with the United Methodist Women and the American Cancer Society.
On March 17, 1946, she married Robert Davidson. He died in August 2000.
Survivors include her children, Ron (Jan) Davidson, Becky (Frank) Whitney and Gary (Shawna) Davidson; a sister-in-law, Ruth Lund; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
