Catherine Orlowski

Services for Catherine “Seufert” Orlowski, 78, Colfax, Wis., will be Saturday, March 20, in Colfax.
Graveside services at Glenwood Cemetery, Basehor, will take place at a later date.
Mrs. Orlowski died Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at the Colfax Health and Rehabilitation Center in Colfax, Wis.
She was born Jan. 19, 1932, in Tonganoxie, the daughter of Madge Ward and Louis Adam Seufert Sr.
In 1950, she married Roy Karl Orlowski in Leavenworth. He preceded her in death in 1986.
She was a 1947 graduate of Tonganoxie High School and worked for Flour Mills of America, Kansas City, Mo.; and Arlan’s Department Store; Target Stores Inc. She was Lutheran.
Mrs. Orlowski is survived by two children, Michael Karl Orlowski and wife, Joyce, Kansas City, Kan., and Michelle Ann Chaplinski and husband, Donovan, Menomonie, Wis.; five grandchildren; and two great- grandchildren; her brother, Bernard Seufert and wife, Pat; and sister, Anna Delaphine Davoren. She is preceded in death by eight brothers and five sisters.
