James Snell

Private graveside services for James Earl Snell, 79, Tonganoxie, will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Tonganoxie.
Mr. Snell died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010.
He was born March 30, 1931, in Atlantic, Iowa, the son of Jesse and Hazel (Hogueisson).
He was a Korean War Army veteran and had worked for Sutton-Kolman Ford in Tonganoxie.
He was united in marriage June 13, 1959, to Jeane DeVore in Miami, Okla. She preceded him in death Feb. 12, 1994.
He is survived by two sons, James E. Snell II, Eudora, and Richard Snell, Tonganoxie; two brothers, Harold, of Illinois, and Jerry, Oskaloosa; one sister, Darlene Martin, Marysville, Wash.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie, is in charge of arrangements.
