Margaret Moses

Services for Margaret Ann Moses, 81, Basehor, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, at Holy Angels Catholic Church, Basehor. Burial will be in Holy Angels Cemetery, Basehor.
Mrs. Moses died Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010, at her home.
She was born March 24, 1929, in Omaha, Neb., the daughter of Francis and Abbie (Higgins) Hanfelt. She was a member of Holy Angels Church, Basehor, and worked as a telephone operator for AT&T.
On June 8, 1957, in Bonner Springs, she married Carl (Bud) Moses. He died May 5, 2002.
Survivors include two daughters, Susan Gittinger, Overland Park, and Carla Jung, Basehor; a sister; Mary Hanfelt, Shawnee; and six grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, at the church, where a rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m.
