Krystal Harrison

Services for Krystal Harrison, 31, Melvern, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, at Melvern Church of God. Burial will be in the Pleasant View Cemetery east of Melvern.
Mrs. Harrison died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011, at her home after a long illness.
She was born on Nov. 1, 1979, in Rawlins, Wyo., the daughter of Wesley and Kristy Reeves Schimmel.
Mrs. Harrison had lived in Wyoming before moving with her family in 1981 to Melvern.
She graduated from Marias des Cygnes Valley High School in 1998. She attended the Bryant Career College, where she graduated at the head of her class in business administration.
On Sept. 9, 2007, she married Justin Harrison in Bonner Springs.
A son, Memphis Raines Harrison, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband of the home; her parents, Wesley and Kristy Schimmel, Melvern; two brothers, Jon Schimmel and Jeremiah Schimmel, both of Melvern; and grandmothers Ardelle Schimmel, Golden Valley, Ariz., and Kaye Reeves of Rawlins, Wyo.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time on Sunday.
The family suggests memorials to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, sent in care of Feltner Funeral Home, 818 Topeka Ave., Lyndon, KS 66451.
