Jo Miller

Bonner Springs — Services for Jo Lynn (Bellm) Miller, 55, Bonner Springs, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 17, at Alden-Harrington Funeral Home, Bonner Springs. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Kansas City, Kan.
Mrs. Miller died Monday, June 13, 2011, at Providence Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan.
She was born June 29, 1955, in Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Charles and Julia Bellm.
Mrs. Miller was a lifelong area resident. She worked for 16 years as an OB/GYN nurse. For the past 16 years she worked for Walmart in Bonner Springs.
Her husband of 13 years, Harold E. Miller Sr., died in 1987.
Survivors include three children, Harold “Boo” Miller Jr., Jonathan Miller and Kristen Miller, all of Bonner Springs; her mother, Julia Bellm, Bonner Springs; two brothers, Bernard Bellm, Thousand Oaks, Calif., and James Bellm, Gladstone, Mo.; three sisters, Sophia Backus and Frankie Bellm, both of Bonner Springs, and Dorothy Trent, Edwardsville; and a grandson. 
Friends may call at the visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 16, at the funeral home. The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, sent in care of the funeral home, 214 Oak St., Bonner Springs, KS 66012.
Mrs. Miller’s favorite color was red and the family would love for everyone to wear red in her honor at the service.
