Marsha Smith
Services for Marsha (Brickley) Smith, 58, Baldwin City and formerly of Plainville, will be 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 29, at First Christian Church of Plainville. Burial will be in the Plainville City Cemetery.
Mrs. Smith died Monday, Oct. 24, 2011, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 3, 1953, in El Dorado, the daughter of William and Ruth Esther (Larsen) Brickley. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing at Fort Hays State University and worked as a registered nurse.
Survivors include two sons Jamie (Annie), Plainville, and Josh (Amber Wittman), Baldwin City; a brother, Ross (Jan) Brickley, Raleigh, N.C.; a sister, Bobbi, Plainville; four grandchildren; and two “grandogs.”
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, with family present to greet friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
