Services for Carol Sue Babcock, 56, Tonganoxie, will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie. Burial will be in Hubbel Hill Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Babcock died Monday, Sept. 12, 2011, at her home.
She was born Dec. 15, 1954, in Killeen, Texas, the daughter of Allen and Alice (Pierson) Alexander. She was a custodian at Tonganoxie High School. On Feb. 16, 1974, she was united in marriage to Ron Babcock.
She is survived by her husband, Ron Babcock, of the home; two daughters, Heather Van Dyke, Overland Park, and Heidi Johnson, Shawnee; mother, Alice Alexander, Tonganoxie; brothers, Robert Alexander, Tonganoxie, and Michael Alexander, Urbana, Mo.; sister, Peggy Sieg, Warrensburg, Mo.; and three grandchildren.
