Charles E. Layton, 81, Tonganoxie, died Feb. 8, 2012. Funeral was 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13, at the Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie. Burial followed in the National Cemetery, Leavenworth. Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church of McLouth.
