Dolores Davis

Dolores M. Davis, 73, of Shawnee, KS left this world to be with Jesus Feb. 15, 2012 after a long illness. A visitation was held Tues. Feb. 21, from 10 to 11 am at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Shawnee, KS. Mass followed at 11 am with burial in Resurrection Cemetery, Lenexa, KS.
Dolores was born Oct. 29, 1938 in Pratt, KS to Alfred and Irene (McKittrick) Strothman. She worked for many years and retired from Office Products. Dolores was a proud homemaker and accomplished cook. She was a mother to two children, Greg & Lauri, grandmother to Carrie Fuller and a devoted great-grandmother to Aeryn L. Fuller. Dolores is also survived by a brother Bob Strothman, a sister Evelyn Engberg, nephew Kenny and niece Terry. Dolores will be joining her parents, brothers Dick & Paul, sister Flossie and the twins in Heaven. She will be missed by her loving husband Charles Davis, by her children and many friends.
