Jack Robertson

Jack Bryon Robertson, 85, formerly of Topeka, KS, passed away February 12, 2015 at Brookside Retirement Community in Overbrook, KS. Jack was born July 6, 1929 in Streator, Illinois, the son of Donald Robertson and Dorothy (Helm) Robertson.
Jack was united in marriage with June Markland on November 5, 1948 in Streator, IL. They shared sixty-six years together. She survives.
Jack is also survived by two sons, Brian Robertson and wife, Carol, Alexandria, Virginia, Mark Robertson and wife, Rose, Lawrence, KS; two grandsons, Brian Robertson and wife, Charissa, Potomac Falls, VA, Jack Robertson, Baldwin City, KS; a granddaughter, Katie Gudde and husband, Dustin, Springdale, Arkansas; two great-grandsons, Benjamin and Zachary Robertson, both of Potomac Falls, VA; two sisters, Gail McClernon, Streator, IL, and Norma Nevin, Grand Ridge, IL; and two brothers, Max Robertson, Lakeland, Florida, and Tad Robertson, Streator, IL.
Jack is preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Paul and Jerry Robertson.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home, Baldwin City, KS. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, February 20, 2015 at St. John’s United Church of Christ, Rural Douglas County.
