CHARLES LOUIS EIBES

Charles Louis Eibes, 67, a lifetime resident of Tonganoxie, passed away at his home on April 22, 2023.

A celebration of life will be at the family farm (Possum Hollow) on Saturday April 29, 2023, at 4pm.

Chuck was born September 10, 1955 to Charles Edward and Helen Louise (Peterson) Eibes. They both preceded him in death. He was a graduate of Tonganoxie High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1975-1977. He worked at the Lone Star Cement Plant until its initial closing. He then worked at Water One in Johnson County until he retired in April of 2020.

Chuck spent his time enjoying his 40-acre property. His little piece of heaven.

Survivors include his wife Diana of the home; two sons, Wayne (Joanna) Eibes, McLouth, Jacob (Mary) Eibes, Tonganoxie; granddaughters Bailey and Riley; sisters, Joan (Flip) Stevens, Roeland Park, KS, Judy Smyth (Mark Spradlin), Tonganoxie; one brother Gene (Julie) Eibes, Tonganoxie.
