Tonganoxie High girls golf hosts tournament
Tonganoxie High School, home of the Chieftains
The Tonganoxie High girls golf team hosted its tourney at Painted Hills last week.
Wamego won the tournament, while the host Chieftains had a solid day of their own.
Paityn Van Middlesworth placed 10th individually with an 89, while Julia Staples shot a 104 and Lydia Rafols a 108. Also participating Thursday were May Stephen and Madyson Leffert.
