Tonganoxie boys golf to compete next week at 4A regional in Wamego
The Tonganoxie USD 464 school board approved girls golf as the district's newest high school offering. The team's inaugural season is this fall, with THS boys golf coach Doug Sandburg also leading the girls team.
Tonganoxie High boys golf will compete in a Class 4A regional Monday in Wamego.
Tee time will be 9 a.m. Monday at Wamego Country Club.
Other teams there with Tonganoxie will be Atchison, Baldwin, Eudora, Holton, Bishop Miege, Rock Creek, Hayden and Wamego.
Other 4A regionals will be the same day at Circle, Independence and McPherson.
