Bishop Miege blanks Tonganoxie High boys soccer
The top team in the state came Tuesday to Beatty Field and handed the Tonganoxie High boys soccer team its first loss of the season.
Bishop Miege, ranked No. 1 in the state per MaxPreps, improved to 4-0 with an 8-0 victory against THS. Miege led just 2-0 after a half, but added 6 more goals in the second half.
The Chieftains moved to 2-1-1 on the season and will look to bounce back against rival Eudora on Thursday at THS. Eudora enters the match at 1-1.
