The parade is set to start at 11 a.m. March 11 at Fourth and Main streets and head west along Fourth Street.

Prizes for best overall float, best family float and best custom car are $50, while the best club float will receive $100.

Commemorative T-shirts can be purchased for $12 at Wizard of Paws or Downtown Drugstore.

Tonganoxie’s Chapter AT of PEO also will have its annual corned beef and cabbage dinner following the parade at Tonganoxie United Methodist Church downtown.The meal is dine-in or carryout. Stew also is available, as well as dessert.

Proceeds will help support local scholarships and projects.
