Opening Day for the Tonganoxie Farmers Market 2025 is this week. The market will be open for the first time this season 5-8 p.m. Thursday in the Tonganoxie Public Library parking lot, 217 E. Fourth St.

A variety of vendors will be on hand during that time slot on Thursdays through the summer and into the fall, with the final market to take place in October. This marks the fifth season for the annual farmers market.

The market also features a food truck rotation and featured musicians on Thursdays. Produce, honey products, barbecue sauces, breads and more will be offered each week at the market.

Tonganoxie Farmers Market has 11 returning vendors and four new vendors.

Returning vendors are Next to Nature Farm, Thompson’s Homegrown Produce, Reynolds’s Lemonade, Alleyway Crafted Flavors Kettlecorn, Blessed Family Homestead, Packin’Snax, R&R Acres, Myers Family Farm and Garden, Daniel’s BBQ, Country Road Farms and Joyful Oak.

New vendors this year are Karen’s Jewelry, The Golden Medley, Shumway Farms and Sunflower Sweet Shop
