Entries will begin smoking meats behind the brewery starting at 7 p.m. Friday. The brewery also will be showing the Kansas City Chiefs game Friday night.

Public tastings will start at 5 p.m. Saturday.

People’s choice awards will be announced after the tasting.

The top three teams in each meat category and the “best of” sides and desserts also will be selected.

The brewery is at 1601 Commerce Drive in Tonganoxie.
