This year’s Halloween event will be 6-9 p.m. Oct. 24 at the McLouth Flower Loft, 303 S. Union St.

Grab your pointed hats and gather your coven for a night of shopping, sipping and spirited fun. Local shops and individuals will open their doors that night along Union Street for shopping, surprises and treats. Folks can pay in cash, but other payments will be accepted at most booths.

There also will be a parade of witches starting at 8 p.m. in front of the McLouth Flower Loft.

Costumed participants can stroll down the street and end the parade with a photo opportunity.
