(Topeka Capital-Journal) Unknown group sends anti-Kline mailing: A group calling itself Kansans for Consumer Privacy Protection criticized Atty. Gen. Phill Kline for seeking records from abortion clinics, and used incorrect crimes statistics in their claims.
