Ettinger rushed for three touchdowns and caught a TD pass from quarterback Grant Elston as TMS finished the year with a 5-2 record.

Elston also rushed for a touchdown and had two successful two-point conversions — one on a run and another on a pass to Dawson Jones.

Lucas Skaggs also ran for a two-point conversion.

Tonganoxie’s eighth-grade squad ended the year with a 14-12 home loss to Lansing.
